Yeah a 19mm Piston will be way too large for the NSR Caliper. The standard Master on the NSR has a 1/2" piston like the first link I listed. You want to be careful with that as it will greatly affect the way the brakes feel and work. I haven't checked to see which levers work on mine but I am not worried about that.
