Whats not legal about this bike

$400.00 to your door

thru on used parts and Plastic used CRf50 cylinder and Weisco Piston ( 15 to 1) had to throw on the china exhaust as the CRF50 was too loud with the BBR cap!

Re: poor boy/stockers in our series?

i have no problem with the current rules. never did. leave them as-is for all i care, i dont care about "cheaters", illegal mods or anything like that...this is never what this was about and i didnt make clear enough from the start.

what i was worried about (again i'm beating a dead horse here) is that the rules will get changed so that we have to take everything off our bikes to make them 100% stock with bars, and some weird buyout rule.

that is what i was told could possibly happen, and that's what i was lobbying to avoid.

Re: poor boy/stockers in our series?

on a side note where did you get the $400 bike my little brother wants a 50 badly haha.

he just demolished one of those weird $650, 90cc, 50-based, 110-sized, bikes with a 4 speed heel-toe shifter outta Northern Tool catalog that my dumbass parents bought him. biggest piece of crap in the world. every weld on the frame broke, everything bent, the exhaust fell off daily haha. it's at my house in about a million pieces, and well, he wants a 50.

we have discussed this subject many times (a couple times a year) since Planets has been around...

there are no rules that will satisfy everybody...

if you do not agree with the current rules or lack of...just dont race that class??? I dont know what else to say...we all ride on the same track out there also..

Dave has been running pit bike races for 6 years and 3 of them as the Masters of Mini series with the same rules and classes with 2 extra classes added this year... the Limited class is the largest class in the series (73+ Riders)

and the poorboy started out with 8 to 12 riders the first year and this year we had 42+ riders in the Poorboy (49cc anything goes up to 10" wheels)

the Limited and PoorBoy classes have the most people that Complain

and Next year Dave has Told me that he will be looking into making changes... thats all I can tell you....will it be for better or worse..

you guys may of opened up a can of worms and kill those classes...

Re: poor boy/stockers in our series?

Finally got a chance to get on here, i like the main idea of the thread and i agree with your deffinition of a stocker. There's always going to be people who cheat and that's their own problem. They do it so they have half a chance against some of the faster riders in the class, and they still aren't winning all the time so i say keep the rules the same for next year. Thanks to pete and rob and everyone else who has stuck up for me to the people who point fingers
