Re: Maxxis minimotosx vi - 2009 event announcement I have been saying this for a while but they need to add a stock class for the 50's and 110's (keep the stock mod class) Stock class rules 1. Stock motors 2. Bigger bars allowed 3. after market foot pegs and peg mount 4. Pipe 5. Stiffer springs no aftermarket shocks I know there are alot of people that have stockers set up this way that would like to run another class with the bikes they have. I would run stock 50, stock 110 and the 12 inch class if the rules were as stated above.

Re: Maxxis minimotosx vi - 2009 event announcement I raced 10" stock/mod this last year and it wasn't even fair. I have bars, air filter, pipe, and re jetted the carb and I was being pulled so friekin hard by most of the other bikes it wasn't even funny. Is there a way to tell if a bike has been stroked, or has a secret BBK? Maybe like a tool that screws into the spark plug hole that measures volume?

Re: Maxxis minimotosx vi - 2009 event announcement The stock classes sucks for all the honest people.I built a 85cc motor for my daughter with a worked over a stock carb and that thing ripped ,but there is no way I would think about racing it in the stock class. The only way to have a fair stock race is find a couple of dealers to step up and supply some stock bikes and then sell them as demos when the races are over.

Re: Maxxis minimotosx vi - 2009 event announcement wow...it would be great to see them do that for everyone that qualifies for the night show. if u fail, the next guy in line that didnt qualify, would now be in. makes great sense.

Re: Maxxis minimotosx vi - 2009 event announcement Drive--------last year me and my son took the northern route, on the way back took the southern route. Drove none stop (stop only for gas) it took only 29hrs, LOL. The southern route gas was cheaper and we got better gas mileage----but if you want to have fun and ride take the northern route once you get into Utah you can pull over and ride as far as the eye can see---its heaven, there's trails for all kinds of ORV.
