Sl47, I've tried quite a few jetting combos on my son's crf150r. I've search countless forums seeing what everyone else is running, and I have tested many different settings. This combination seems to work best. First o-ring your ap linkage, you can check thumpertalk.com forum on how to do this. Then take the ap diaphram out and cut the nipple of flush with the base. Next change your 40 slow/pilot jet to a 45. Change your 60 leak jet to a 40. Swap your 135 main for a 130, and if you like you can get an ajustable fuel mixture screw from white bro's. This just makes it easier to adjust your fuel air mixture while the bike is running. I set mine at two turns out and ajust from there depending on the air temperature. These changes get rid of the nasty bog and your bike will absolutely rip!! Have fun. |
