I got these on a bike I bought and they are in GREAT shape. One rear number plate has a cut in the side (I'll post the pic) because there was a whip holder there. Otherwise they are really clean and nice. EASY 9 out of 10 IMO. Graphics show very little wear (one rear number plate shows a little and the front plate has some rub marks).
