| Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's In the U.S. , the honda nsr50 was only sold in 2004 , but they made alot of them , so could probably find one . Or one thats used . In 2006 honda made the nsf100 , but very limited and twice the price , and a 4stroke with different plastics . Brand new 2004 nsr50 waiting to be bought . eBay Motors: Honda (item 110204928530 end time Dec-16-07 20:00:00 PST) Quote:

Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's here's my bike. it's a YSR frame "WITH" a 200cc blaster engine. Completely road titled and street legal. All blinkers work. All light connections work. Brake lights...etc.. My local YSR guru (Ray) did the boxing in on the frame. I got this bike off ebay a few months back. Been looking for a YSR Blaster project bike for some time and this one was almost completed.....minor stuff needed to be done but thanks to Ray.......he da man!!! and to quote Ray..........."It's a stump puller Rob"!!

Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's Oh yeah...the top paint scheme is what I'm going to paint it as.......the Laguna Seca MotoGP U.S. 2005 Rossi scheme. The bottom is how it looks at present. Sorry for my feeble attempt at my photochop but its more like..............uhhh...print out a xerox copy and sketch on top of it...the colors you are going to paint it...

Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's There are some really nice bikes here. Well, here's mine... It's got a blaster swap in it. I had to use a pipe from an RZ350 cuz Tommy Crawford quit making the pipes for the blaster swap. The gearing in the pic is 17-28, but I am going to add 3 teeth to the rear cuz it's a bit too tall right now. It goes about 80 in 5th and then when I shift into 6th it is not in a good spot in the power band to keep pulling hard. Before it had a 17-34 and it went about 85 so I figure a 17-31 would be good. It also has a 4 inch stretch on the swingarm. Thanks to Ray in FL for all his help with this bike. And to Joe Huminsky for a great job on the frame and swingarm. ![]() ![]()

Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's Greetings from Vietnam to all NSR fans out there, My name is Phi from HoChiMinh City, Vietnam. I've always been (and always will be) a fan of NSR 50, the little bikes I saw when I was 10. First appeared in Vietnam in the late 80s, and totally disappear now. When I first saw it, I immediately asked Mom to get me one (fall in love or just being a naughty boy), obviously she said No, then I waited, waited , waited....until 20 years later, now I'm 30. I can afford to get one (sorry Mom, now whatever you say YES or NO, I still go for my dream). I started my search, looked everywhere, turned the whole country up side down but as I said it seems to be disappeared. Then just about December 2007, I managed to get my hands on it, unfortunately, it was a total wreck, here is the photo before my restoration: ![]() Since Dec until a few days ago, I finished rebuilding this beautiful bike and restored it back to original conditions as much as I could. I bought parts from Ebay and I have to admit NSR parts are extremely hard to find on EBAY ( On the contrary, YSRs parts are OK, easy to find) I'd like to send the final results of the bike: this is the best I can do with such little parts availability. ![]() So now I'm a very happy man, riding it in front of my Mom (she said I'm crazy) ...haha...It's lots of fun. This bike will be reserved for my son (or daughter) which is due end of next year (working on it hehehe) That's the story I'd like to share with you all, thanks for reading. Cheers guys! Phi

Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's The way the camera took the picture in the last one. It makes Charlie's bike look like a full size bike when all the bikes have 12" wheels. Welcome SecN8ure. Awesome bikes.
