Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's

Thx guys!

Hey Brad!

looking forward to crashing Ducati Night with you and Dave, again *evil laugh* Oh yeah, Brads ZB50 steals all the looks.....lots of bling!

Hey Z,
how'd you know I got a GP style fender mounted on the NSR?

Btw, I got a C/F fender on the way too. One of the local NSR guys made it from a fiberglass fender my bro made. Looking forward to seeing how it came out Will get some updated pix up soon.

How you say? Best answer I can give ya is, dumb luck....seriously!

WE both had different scenerio's of how we got lucky enough to get them into the DMV database.

For me, I just went in to renew my 'non-op' registration, and having a newbie behind the counter helped too With some assistance from her peers, it was done, with very little effort

Thanks!

The exhaust on the YSR is a Metrakit "SP" pipe, which is made specific for the Derbi motor and Derbi/Metrakit top-end.

I was really close to buying a NSR80 motor prior to buying the Derbi (which is in the YSR). My concern was parts availabilty, at that time.

LOL

Just sharing the mini love and maybe, inspire others with options with their mini's, or possibly spark more interest of others to having one (or two, or three or more) for themselves

Re: Post pics of NSR50 & YSR50's

Here's my NSF100-- bone stock. It's a collector piece for now-- dust collector anyway! How about some Metrakits though? They're cool and fast, eventually I'll get around to working with this NSF, but that project is gonna have to wait. After I'm finished racing the Metrakits, I'll restore them to collector condition too. It'll give me something fun to do after I'm too old to race.

If you are tall, which I'm not, don't bother with a Metrakit, just get a Honda. I have some tails coming from Cycle Imports that are for the bigger (17 inch wheeled) bikes. they move the seat back two inches. That should make the riding position a bit roomier. ---- L*64
