Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build!

Painted the wheels! Keep an open mind. I asure you when its all said and done they will look great with how i paint it! Not sure how i feel about my sproket. Seems most people with bigger motors in YSRs use a 16/41 sprockets (thats what im runnung). Might go smaller. Going to see how it works when im done. I should* run about 75-85 MPH. Hopefully! Waiting on powder coating!!! AAHHHHH!!

Red with black stripe!

Black with red stripe!

Stay tuned!

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build!

You are definitly going to want to run 16-41 or 15-41, I run 16-43 on my Xr100 motor and that works great but with your 200 you are going to want to run taller, like 16-41

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build!

Im running a 16/41 now. I really want to run a 14/36 420 Chain, same ratio but less sprocket. Sprocket specialists cant make a 420 front sprocket..... oh well... will run it for a while and see if i get the MPH i want.

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build!

This was a RARE find. My old roomate had a Devil dual shotgun exhaust on his 03R6 and i thought that one muffler would be awsome to have and be the right size, Iv been looking for months, i just so happened to find this guy on ebay. The inlet is perfect size! I will be running an undertail exhaust. I will be making the exhaust this or next weekend.
