| Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! Just a thought. I know you finished the rear lights but there is a LED unit out there that does everything in one unit. It looks like a 2-3 layer (Can't remember) or row of LEDs it's a tail-light, brake-light, and has turn-signals all in the same light-bar. If I can find it I'll throw it up maybe someone else can use it if you're already set. Found it: Custom Sport Bikes LED Integrated Tail Here's all the 1:1 models you might be able to use/convert. | Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! I can get those also, but if i have rear signals, in FL you have to have fronts also. Not very keen on the looks of front siganls. Thanks for the heads up! ~Shawn |

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! FourDoor - yes you can find the head lights units on a few websites...one being scooterparts4less I also have to have front turn signals, its killing the theme and flow of the bike though. Everything is white/black and now i have 2 orange rectangles on it haha Ill have pics up shortly, im just waiting on the throttle cable issue...otherwise paint and parts are done!!!

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! Sweet. Thanks GSXR. The prices are pretty reasonable too. But I wonder how bright these headlights actually are.

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! see the good thing with custom projects is that you can modify everything to how you want...look at the headlight bulb options on that website...you can get LED's if you wanted to..they have about 10 options in lighting go to youtube and type in the bike headlight system...ex. x7 headlight...x18 headlight(im sure youll find someone with an aftermarket brighter set up) I wish i could find/afford a ysr/nsr but for now ill have to settle with my x18 midbike.

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! Yeah it PIAA, i think its the most compact one they make. 2 1/2" long and 2" wide. Works great. I put the same ones on my TL1000R when i had it on the street. ~Shawn

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! There are solution for that too. Either mirror turn-signals or LED strips under the head lights. Or molded under the light. Invisible until you turn them on.

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! I have a GRG bar mount mirror, I actually perfer to use my hands. I think people would see my hands better in the day than a little LED. Iv deffinalty have kicked it arround, but all of my street bikes (race body with one headlight, IE my R6) just have the basics to be leagle. Im going for the "What the hell is that, is he really riding a race bike on the street" look.... It will probally stay the way it is..... Thanks for you great imput, you have alot of great ideas. Ok, im back to working on my headlight. ~Shawn

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! Ok took some more pics today, and yes, i took pics of the head light. After braking 3 lenses i went with lexan instead. I have 3 diffrent lenses. Yellow, clear, and black. The Yellow tinted and black lenses are drying. Will have updated pics when they dry in a few days. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ~ Shawn Last edited by shawnbassett26; 07-13-2008 at 05:05 PM.

Re: My YSR 200 4 Stroke build! The new pics make the bike look even more awesome! I like the headlights. The inner section of the old intake was there before right? Or did you lay down some extra fiberglass so you could mount the headlight in there?
