Re: The Baddest Mini Available Period..... Wow, this is amazing... I am shocked that some people appear to be serious. Please look at my posting history, you will find that I never take myself too seriously. The majority of my post are ridiculous claims and self depreciating humor. Infact my very first post years ago in the zb50 forums was a picture of a rusted frame I got on ebay and a hodgepodge of random motorcycle parts I found in my garage. I mocked up to look really stupid and then "bragged about all the custom fabrication" and how I would be willing to build others for the right amount $$. Why? Because I thought the forums could get way to serious, competative, and with all the secrets it was like NASCAR meets SEMA. I still think it's funny to apply logic or sense to a hobby that has grown men riding little bikes. If I ever feel that finding a website is a true accomplishment and being the first makes me respected and admired...... I will put on a Star Trek costume, reclaim my virginity and jump off the nearest bridge. I poke fun at Dan and Brad beacuse they are friends and in this little monkey hobby world I am insanely jealous of their mini's, knowledge, skills, etc. I have never raced mini GP, and quite honestly would probably not have the dedication to learn to be competative, no natural talent and ergonomics are not in my favor. I have yet to complete one "street" build and just enjoy the never ending unique and ridiculous amount of "quality" japanese parts for minis (and of course the crappy china ones are fun too). I'll start taking this stuff seriously, when cosmo magazine does a cover shoot titled "The men of monkeybikes and why you should want one." I officially disqualify myself for my contest and I am no longer eligible for "the most hours spent online surfing minibike sites in japanese to uncover a new product that is already being made." I only hope my girlfriend can handle being with an average minibike guy, I will tell her tonight guys and everyone will know what I am. Cyclerider- I am especially sorry for doubting you, I was jealous and trying to save my relationship... Once she saw that pic you posted, and found out that Burning Blood has been on your desktop for years... She packed a bag and said "is there anything about you that is real?" She took all the Monkey Mags and left me the dog.....You must be extra brilliant and find strength for both of us, it's up to you now......it's up to you.... So long everyone, ride with honor and never forget to teach the next generation what we have learned here today... -R PS- Keep making fun of the mice Dan, see how you would feel if you found on in your $1500 G-Craft Box... You won't be laughing when CSI finds me with a few fingers knawed off surrounded by a gang of street mice. Last edited by dicktony; 04-27-2008 at 12:10 AM.

Re: The Baddest Mini Available Period..... NAME MY FULL CUSTOM ZB Pics-- ALMOST DONE! Here is the only other contest I started, can't believe that the thread was still there. The funniest part about this thread is- nobody fell for the bait back then and ripped me apart like they have today. I am sad to say that I have no doubt people would take it seriously... PS- See below PM, I have saved this and only this PM(I actually had a few people wanting to order one) ZB50 framed motard... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey man! Some quick questions for you. I'm researching options for building a mini roadracer around my built XR50 engine. I considered a YSR50 chassis, but the engine doesn't fit well. Other perimeter frame(s) crossed my mind and are still there. I have worries about the weight, of course. Every pound on a mini RR is something to consider. There is a good chance I'll end up with a single spar styled XR frame because of the weight. I haven't made that decision yet, though. Anyways, I was curious about the pipe on your ZB50 motard. Taking it straight down and under is brilliant! Was it hard to fab up? I'd also like to know more about the ZB50 frame. You mentioned that XR50 based forks and swingarms bolt right up. I'd like to get that confirmed, if possible. Thanks! - Erik

Re: The Baddest Mini Available Period..... Just wondering did BBR motor sports (the pit bike company) tried to steal Burning Blood Racing's reputation with the similar name? Similar to a cheap knock off name like the fake ROLAX watches from NY instead of Rolex.

Re: The Baddest Mini Available Period..... Thanks for that link firepower, that's pretty cool. The "The Hindenberg" paragraph is pretty funny, they really had something with that frame. How long has Burning Blood been around, anyone? My browser doesn't convert the language very well.
