Man. This argument again? I've seen it everywhere. I think that if you think that it's a pitbike and you're over 20, then go for it and ride it as a pitbike. You're not a fag if you want to ride and spend time with your kid. If you're 13 or 14 like me, then buy one if you want one and race it, or you can still ride it as a pitbike, if you have the money to have one of those as a pitbike and still have a race bike. It's all a matter of how you think about it in your own mind IMO.
