Okla City, Okla to Adair, MO and back is about 1110 Miles at roughly 17-18mpg with diesel about $4.50 a gallon. That's roughly $290 in fuel plus $78 for entry and gate for a total of $368 plus a hotel? That's a lot of money and 8.5 hrs of driving one way to have only a couple guys to ride with. I'm all for the MO series and will most likely return for Eagles Roost because it's only a 4hr drive.

I don't think anyone is bagging on you for not wanting to drive that far. I think everyone feels the pain in the pocketbook from fuel prices.

The race at Carthage turned out well, and that should be plenty close for you to make the trip if you like as well. So we may get to see you at those three upcoming rounds, and if we do, that would be great.

what about a 3 person team race? no charge. each person runs 2 laps. same bike. and blehm if you show up, you can be on our team.

That sounds fun, not so much into team race or riding another persons bike as them riding my bike, free for all sounds funner

Last time that I rode with Dennis he looked to be of legal age. So, why dont you let Dennis decide when and where he would like to race. I would venture to guess that if the race were closer and Dennis didnt have prior arrangements, that he would be there. J rob are u guys coming up saturday for practice I think we are going to try and come up there around 1 o clock and ride and possibly drink a few beers afterwards

Ive never been down there before, is there 2 seperate tracks? I wouldn't mind riding the big bike the day before if theres a big bike and pit bike track...also I heard it rained a bunch down there, pretty muddy or no?

Currently there is just the pit bike track... but we also have 400 acres of riding trails if you wanted to bring your big bike....

the rain has not effected the track at all... the track is about 15 or 16 miles out of kirksville... and is up on a huge hill....

we went out yesterday for our atv drags, and the dirt looked delicious

lol

Most of the flooding in this area is already gone...

should be a great weekend according to the 10 day forecast...

Lets do it...hehe

You got a room yet? I dont know for sure who all is coming. I have Jerrys pitster tore apart right now, should have it together by the weekend. I dont know if he will come or not. He is in CO on vacation right now. Might not have any $$ when he gets back. I dont know about Ben yet either. So right now it is Me, my wife and daughter. Im still trying to talk Brandy into running the womens class. Prob wont happen tho.
