Fouling plugs on a 150R?

Anybody fouling plugs on a 150R? I have the cam replaced on mine, and I rejetted the pilot to a 45-- and it's still hard to start! But it was impossible to start before, so hard is an improvement. I rode the bike for the first time the other day, kinda easy since it was on break in... after about three laps at my local track-- it just simply quit! I haven't had time to get into it yet, but I'm assuming that it's a fouled spark plug. Anyone else have this problem?
Also, I weigh about 145, any suspension suggestions? It seemed OK, but the track was super bumpy and rutted. I wasn't able to go as fast on this bike as say... a 250 or 450, at least not with a really rough track. The long wheelbase and big wheels of the bigger bikes seem to just allow you to go much faster, with very little effort. Stock springs, or aftermarket? BTW, I have the Expert. Thanks in advance.
