Re: Oversize Shocks, aluminum swingarm, TBR Brake lever, motors

yes sir, soft tail, this pipe also has two ehaust tips for it, jeff t. at minigunz is a close friend of mine and he built me a nice extended tip for my custom build. the pipe has about a hour of run time on it. i have, as we all do, decided to change my bike style a bit and have gone to a takegawa down pipe. in a short while i will have some other nice stuff up for sale. i gotta get my wife to help me post pics as i am not of the computer generation. kevin.

i am very sorry to hear that, i guess my intuition on him was correct. i wonder why some guys recieved their stuff and others did not. banish him from the boards i say. hmmm, i wonder if they will remove him. that to me would seem the correct thing to do.

has anyone who sent madmartin money for parts gotten a response from pay-pal or the seller. this incident really bugs me as i almost fell into the trap myself. i really would like to hear of a happy resolution to this problem seller.

Re: Oversize Shocks, aluminum swingarm, TBR Brake lever, motors

just thought i would update everyone, i got a reply from paypal saying they recieved a message from madmartigan and that he gave them a tracking number for my swingarm. checked the status on the swingarm and it was just given to usps and their website says the swingarm is being processed to be shipped. its funny last time i talked to him he had already shipped and didnt have a tracking number but it should be to me by last wed. just goes to show some people arent very honest and paypal is the best way to send money.

i assume you paid with a debit card or credit card. call them , they will handle it and give you a chargeback. pay-pal can only pull money if he has money in his pay-pal account, but they will give the bank the infoirmation to get a refund.

Re: Oversize Shocks, aluminum swingarm, TBR Brake lever, motors

yes, i am of the same school there. i have about 200 items i have bought from e-gay and the only dude that tried to burn me was in the usa, i have items that i bought from thailand, england, hong-kong, and all over the place and the usa dude sucked. my bank gave an chargeback to my account and went after the guy legally. no one has burned me on an open market sale, so you just must try and trust your senses. i am sad that this guy got you on the board and am hoping he is removed from membership.

Re: Oversize Shocks, aluminum swingarm, TBR Brake lever, motors

just another and final update. i finally recieved my swingarm and it is as described. its been over a month but i finally have it. i would not recommend buying anything from madmartigan and think he should probably be banned from the board. if it wasnt for paypal i dont think i would have ever recieved my swingarm.
