ive shipped three and got three and shipping was never over $50. who did you use to ship?

dhl, cali to NJ. cheepest I could find. box was smaller than a cooler. Been shipping lots of stuff lately and have noticed costs have gone up. who do you guys use?

FedEx. DHL seems to be a bit pricey compared to others.

i would use ups or usps. fedex and dhl are the most expensive around here

dhl was cheepest, even cheeper than usps. Guess I'll just sit on parts if it's gonna cost so much to ship.

Not around here. FedEx is clearly cheaper. Having an account helps too, save yourself a few bucks.

I'll third it.

I lay down a double layer of cardboard, set the motor on it, then spray foam around the bottom. I let that expand, then fill up the rest of the cavities with the foam and leave the top of the box open. Once the second application cures, I shave the excess off, then tape the **** out of the box.

It's much cheaper than the cooler/bin method, and is nearly indestrucible.
