Thanks for the response.

Catch cans design I'm not going to worry about to much at this point unless it becomes a problem. Our bikes have catch cans I made from PVC pipe and end caps, drill, put a hose union in one end and a self tap screw in the other with a little vent hole in the top next to the union, use a clamp to bolt to case. simple and cost $2.50.

For classes

I agree with you, I would like to race lap times, put the fast folks together and the slower folks together. I needed a starting place to get us going and this was one way.

I did think of just having 3 classes for the 4 strokes, based on attitude and goals and not hardware. We would have Sportsman (folks that enjoy the ride and want to improve their skills), Expert (folks that come to compete and think plastic trophies and series points are important to their self worth), and MadMax (folks that just want to run on the edge for the thrill of it, don't care about points or trophies just that they made that wicked pass in turn 2 through the grass and lived to tell about it).
Bikes for these classes would be run what you got within the 12in rear, horizontal engine of under 150cc or there abouts.

We could then group anyone else that shows up and doesn't fit into showroom, pocketbike or scooter and run them together and score separately.

Now is the time to send me your feedback.
