you started this thread asking for people's opinions then get pissed off when you don't like what you hear! sorry you have such a beef against honda. shame on them for designing the best single cylinder engine ever produced, the engine that is the foundation of the ENTIRE pitbike market. honda obviously sucks. why the hell would you even ask for other's opinions if your mind is already made up? you don't know **** about stunting or what makes a good stunt bike yet you are arguing with those who know what they are talking about, insulting people who are trying to do you a favor by helping you make the most of your time and money! stick your head back up your ass and go start **** on some other forum crybaby. you also might want to start paying more attention in your special ed classes as your spelling and grammar skills are surpassed by most 2nd graders. i started this asking if anybody has had any firsthand experence with said bike or annother similar china bike (witch i'll have you know if they are so bad then why is there atleast one guy on here running a verry similar bike he sent me a link to his bike and i must say it looks promising) and for all the people saying "buy a honda you'll be happier" even if i was willing to buy a honda product (witch i am verry against) i could not unless i bought it new witch i would have to go with the ttr50 but i still don't want to spend $1500+ for a kids play bike but buying a 50 where i am located is not possible it is completely out of the question

| Re: stuntable? after seeing the thread escalate i had to read this from the beggining again and ...... First off, i think you've been misled about knock offs big time 1.) Quote:
2.) Quote:
there are a few good knock off brands but they mostly cover MX style pitbikes and not very close to a stock honda ..the actuall lack of suspension is what makes them ( stock style hondas ) so stunt friendly as opposed to large plush suspension that soaks up all your efforts to balance smoothly. jincheng is the closest to a honda as far as knock offs that i've seen but they don't have a CRF copy just Z's and the monkey and CT70 models

| Re: stuntable? Nice post turboglenn. Stunt, I have had first hand experience with cheap a$$ knock minis and I am here to say they are junk, and sketchy. Comparing these bikes to a Honda is an insult, its like comparing a Pinto to a Ferrari. And of course the dealer of these bikes will tell you they are top of the line he's selling them trying to make $$$. |

| Re: stuntable? PowersportsMax.com - SSR-70B PRO 70cc Dirt Bike with Semi-Auto Clutch, Hydraulic Suspensions I would get the SSR70. Its really cheap but just switch out the forks and some of the controls. Then get street tires.... |

| Re: stuntable? thanks guys i was thinking about the ssr as i ave heard their name thrown arround on here a bit maby i could get that and then sell the whole frontend on ebay (forks, wheel, disk brake, master cyclender, trees, ect.ect) and buy a stock 50 inverted unit and just add axtended tubes or heavy duty springs (or i may just buy a complete frontend off of ebay from a pitster or somthing i have seen some nice complete frontends on ebay for like $200 that are +2 in length and have rebound and compression dampening allong with 12inch wheel and disk brake) i'll figure it out i have to wait until i get paid or i sell somthing first but i am about 80% sure of the ssr |

| Re: stuntable? yea, you could get an SSR and throw stock honda style forks and a swinger on it and you would have a nice, reliable stunt bike i"ve always thought the SSR's were decent bikes, my friend matt has several of them and he's never really had much trouble with his, and he jumps the sh!t out of them. Good luck, post some pics when you start putting it together |

as i have some cool ideas in my head that are basicly bits and pieces of other custom 50's i've seen my thoughts are black powdercoted rims, frame, bars, swinger titanimnitride colored spokes, forks, levers, pegs, shifter and brake foot controlls black crf plactics with some sort of pinup graphics that fade in to the black plastics maby a black powdercoted block titanium nitride colored jug with aluminized head and valve cover and maby some titaniumnitride colored covers on the black bottomend and a black cam cover and bicycle horn (for the cool factor) these are my ideas and i can almost guarentee that the bike will look nothing like this as everythim i have plans and want somthing to turnout one way it ends up completely differant but i won't start work until i get wheelies and rolling stoppies down pretty decent
