Re: Pic's of our 02 xr50 stunter

Nice work on the bike. It doesnt look like youre covering the rear brake in some of those pictures. i would advise you to have your foot touching the brake while doing a wheelie or your finger when doing standups.

thanks to all for ya replys.
i learned them without a wheelie bar...just lean back and let up just a little on the throttle when it feels like you are going backwards. try them on some hills it helps find the balance point....really nice bike man...id love to scrape that wheelie bar lol

Re: Pic's of our 02 xr50 stunter

i love the black and silver look. did u put the gold sproket on to match the forks though? i have one suggestion that could help with appearance and be cheap!!! if u get a can of paint stripper from pepboys or somewhere u can strip the gold off the stock forks. after doing that ull need to get some of the left over paint off but do this by taking some sand paper and sand it off, but when ur doing it hold the forks in one hand and use the other to sand in a circular pattern going all the way around the forks, not up and down and not tiny swirls but all the way around the fork leg. it makes a good looking uniform patern, then when done just spray clear coat on em and u got urself some bas ass lookin stock forks!!! i did it to mine but dont have any pics right now.
