Theres also a chance you can pinch a tube if you run your pressure too low when doing tight circles.

Peg hit me in the back of the skull once, lucky I had a helmet on that cracked from the hit!

my personal opinion, is lower pressure gives you LESS control..
I love mine stiff as ****, I haven't poped a tube in over a year now..

When I was first learning though, I had to run it low to control it.. But now I can't do fast circles at all with low pressure

Out of all the helmet arguing ive seen online or in person, ive never seen anyone change their stance. Its a waste of time. Its just one of those "arguing on the internet...." things.

When I first started riding, I never wore a helmet.. Now you'll never catch me on a bike without one.
