See above. The twin pipes are Dave Miller custom jobs. I think the bike pics will be posted on the socalxrs website shortly, where you can get Dave's information. The ergos of the bike are spectacular. I know it's a pricey build and very blingy but it is a sweet ride. Yeah, the basement is supposed to be my son's play room. Wrong! Sorry son, no dice! Thanks for the tip about the 45mm's. Might have to do that!

Definatly the sickest 150F! I wonder if you put a bigbore/stroker on it, if it will hang with the 150R's.

Hey Alex,
Kenny is expecting you.

I called Dave Miller a while back looking for that set up for my '06. It was only available for the 150 to 85 chassis conversion. Anybody know if that has changed?

Looks killer. How much are you into it? I don't know if I can afford another mini project, LOL.

My guess is that Dave Miller will make you whatever you want provided that he has an actual bike in hand to work off of. If he doesn't have access to the bike, then he can't just make you pipes based on you giving him dimensions -- that's just too difficult.

A lot. About what you'd expect from a BBR project. But you can take the edge off by parting out what you don't need. I was lucky and was able to buy a CR85 roller. A 150R conversion would be the way to go b/c you are taking all the parts from just one bike. In a few years it'll be more cost effective with the 150R after the market is flooded with them.

That thing looks so nice!!
I had a 230f, but the suspension is so bad!
You made something nice from the honda's, sometimes I think: Why did I sold that thing?! I just had to buy cr85 forks and the BBR perimeter, and your exhaust system of course!! Damn!

Ha Ha. But the good news is that you can find 230s and 150s for small dollar all the time. People moving up to bigger bikes. The 2004 150 that I used the motor from was cheap and mint.
