If you want to do rolling stoppies just get up a bunch of speed and grab a good amount of front brake. Let most of the brake free once the rear wheel comes up. Once you roll a stoppie it will become a lot easier from then on.

If this doesn't work for you go back to fixing the muffler bearings.
