I would agree with you running indoors on cold pavement at K2K or most indoor tracks that have smooth cold concrete. Good advice though

If you were to ride outdoors at say Jacksonspeedway, G&JKartway, Rolling Green, Michiana, New Castle, Circleville, Autocity etc.... you would have to have proper suspension and tires. Just any ole' tire will not get you up to competitive speeds.

It was more of a blank statement ........ as most roadracers that have been on paved tracks more than a few years will tell you tire developement has increased the speeds more than anything, only suspension is close in lean angle and speed...........
