Re: South East Michigan

Man I can't tomorrow but I made plans for April 5th, unless something changes from now till tomorrow I am busy I know I will get ragged on but I was given a china swinger from my dad it actually looks like it is made pretty well, some solid aluminum and the rest appears to be 1/8" thick, it should hold for as slow as I am right now. Trying to figure what shock I can use. I have that works shock but it is just way to weak it would bottom with the weight of the bike.

Re: South East Michigan

Hey 2wheel are those braces nice? I am getting fit for a brace on April 2nd, not sure what kind but Doc said they were a custom fit thin sports brace. I know he uses the company Ossur so I am thinking it will be like this one CTi® Custom Ligament Knee Brace*« Custom Ligament Knee Braces*« Ligament Knee Braces*« Knee Braces - Blending form, fit and function*« Braces & Supports - Ossur

Re: South East Michigan

Hey 2wheel,, what type of knee surgery did you have? Wondering how long the doc will make me what to ride. April 9th will be 3 months since ACL replacement and double meniscus repair. Feels real good so I am hopeing he OK's it soon.

Re: South East Michigan

hey tooldini I suggest u take it easy for a little while longer i had two knee surgeries on my right knee (acl both times and 3 meniscus repair on the second) and both times it was 6 months of the bike... i think 3 months is way to soon not tryin to be a downer i know exactly what ur goin threw just stay in there and keep doing exercises

Re: South East Michigan

Well thats kinda what I figured but wasn't sure. Wednesday I am being checked and fitted for a brace I think. He told me around 6 months but man it just feels pretty good except for the occasional pain but no big deal. I still plan on going out to prosource if I have the gas LOL
