We don't have any weeknight practices scheduled at this time. Frankly we didn't get enough of a turnout last year. We'll talk about it at our first race Sunday April 20.

I just picked up a 2001 stocker as you may have seen in the crf50 section... so far its set up as having:
-bbr sp5 forks
-bbr tall seat
-ishock
-tbb 88 with race head 20mm carb etc
-bbr skid
-xr70 swingarm
-plastics
-new sprockets
-EK 420 chain

I am pretty excited to get into the 50 scene, I am living in Vermont finishing up school right now but whenever there are races close by like this one in NH I hope to be a part of it... I will keep my eyes open for upcoming race dates.

Dragon I know there are folks from CT that come racing just don't know if they are on this forum.

We are working here at Race Control on all of our administration stuff so we will be ready on Sunday April 20.

Remember we run regardless of the weather - the track has GREAT drainage and everyone has had plenty of grip on the new pavement.

Please be sure to review the 2008 rules on the website
Highlights for 2008
New Engine based class to give folks with smaller engines a chance - 110cc Limited
New race format with Qualifier races to determine grid position in the long Main Feature race for Unlimited, 110cc Limited and Pocketbike classes
Sportsman racing for sportsman (no riders from Unlimited or Limited will be allowed)
A new Junior class for competitive racing of our younger riders
Pocketbike will be divided into F1 - Euros and F2 - Cags to allow levels of competition
Again we will invite folks to race Scooters and to provide a track session for youth riders.

Also get a copy of the Mandatory Registration form and have it completed prior to arriving at the track.

I can't wait, it looks like there is going to be some serious racing going on this year. Last year I raced in the pocketbike class and had a blast. This year I will also be racing with a drz110 that has the TB143kit, I am curious if I could race with the sportsman class for the first race or so, just so that I can get up to speed and comfortable on the much different geometry compared to my PB. I am going to be taking it easy until I feel good on the new bike. Plus, I have to get to work the next day to pay the bills, and I have a child due in the first week of November. I can't get hurt!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am so excited for so many reasons

I've been wrenching on the GS500 like a maniac for the past two days, everything is finally lining up now so hopefully I'll be present.

Craig, if I bring my X4 Motard to try out, may I run it in Sportsman for the first event to feel it out? I'm not used to being that high up on something this short. : )

Doug - look forward to having you. You can run Sportsman if you want. Its the place for those that want to get some riding time do some passing but know they have to get to work on Monday.

Kurlon - If you want to run Sportsman the first event go ahead if you want to feel out the bike.

I'll try to remember to bring up our old Suzuki racing gear see if there is anything you might need to support your LRRS effort.

And that'd be much appreciated on the Suzuki gear. Hopefully some time I'll get a chance to run with you guys on the big track this year, and finally see which is the true 'track weapon;' A DRZ400 or a GS500E. : )
