| Re: My Mini... Well, then you're blind. Because a Mini has small wheels (16" - 19") If you are speaking of the power plant then, you don't know what a Mini is. It's still a Mini bike. Just not Mini racing legal. If it had a Jet engine, it would still be Mini ! As I said, it's purpose built. |

I have two World Titles in the big Minis, I am a fully sponsored rider, with zero racing expenses out of my pocket. @ 51 years old, I race the 50 (year old) Pro class. I have been racing for 43 years, I have won a World Endurance title as a Professional team manager. So, I speak from experience, I am not just guessing. The bike in the photo is a CRF150RB, with a CRF250R wedged in it. It remains a Mini (Proportioned) weighs 170 pounds, with little mods, and an exhaust, it pumps approx., 38 hp. AJ Waggoner, of Service Honda, in Hammond, Indiana, builds this bike, called a "Junior R" He also builds one with the CRF250X engine, and calls it the "Junior X" Service Honda Home of the CR500AF 500AF 500AFX Junior-X - Honda Motorcycle Parts He is more famous for putting CR500 2-stroke engines, into the CRF250R alloy, chassis. Called the CR500AF He has given me the bike, and I plan to win the 250 Expert class at this years 24 hour GP of Glen Helen, in October. | |
