Re: Picked up a modded 110.. have a question.. the part that holds the resivoir to the swingarm can twist and mess your adjustment from the pedal to the resivoir. loosen the swingarm nut and twist that plate up and youll have more adjustment.

Re: Picked up a modded 110.. have a question.. I tried loosening the swingarm bolt, didn't get much adjustment there, it has a notch that doesn't allow it to move much. The nut I removed gave me alot of room, I'm hoping that will "fix" it.

Re: Picked up a modded 110.. have a question.. dude, you have too much fluid in the reservoir. take off the cap and take a little out. use a paper towel or lean the bike over or something. moto disc brakes always drag a little and that heats up the fluid causing it to expand. since the hose is so short it heats up super fast and expands untill the piston in the caliper squeezes the rotor. get a master cylinder reservoir extension so you can have more fluid in your system. and run it a little low. that will fix your problem.

Re: Picked up a modded 110.. have a question.. I don't think it was the "amount of fluid, as it is just at the top of the window, removing one of the two nuts that were on the bottom of the clevis, seems to have fixed it. We rode at the track for the first time today and had no issues.
