Re: Lets see everyone's Z! well i saw this thread and it made be bust the z out and put a set of forks on it. It now has xr80 forks on the front and xr80 shocks on the rear. I extended the swingarm myself. ![]() ![]() swingarm needs paint and front fender/ number plate needs mounted.. -its just taped on for the picture. the forks work good though and that is what i wanted.

Re: Lets see everyone's Z! Are you using the stock xr80 clamps? How did that fit? You should put a xr75 swingarm on that

Re: Lets see everyone's Z! the bottom clamp is xr80 the top clamp is xr100 (older twin shock models). the steering stem had to be machined a little and a spacer made. problem with a different swingarm now is the shock mounts being moved back would require longer shocks. dont have them in my pile of parts. and why bother now i already have an extended swingarm

Re: Lets see everyone's Z! 50race: get an xr70 number plate & z50 front wheel and that bike would look mean. maybe even some 10" z50 wheels like kitacos or daytonas. what is up with that swing arm? two stock ones welded together?
