Nice... black, clean, and simple. Never seen that seat before, who makes it? Nice mounting on the pegs too.

the seat is a stock Z50 seat that I recovered with a cover i got on ebay, the guy sells 'em for 25 bucks, but before I put the cover on i put a layer of 1/4" high density commercial carpet padding, and then streched the cover over it.. it used to look alot better, i.e. the piping lining up with the edges of the seat, but the Texas heat makes vinyl shrink up a little. The pegs did turn out nice for being bicycle pegs that i drilled out to accept 1/2 grade 8 bolts, but luckily they had enough meat on the back side to notch them out for the swingarm tubes. thanks for the compliments...

as for the big race, if i hadnt had a reaction time like a turd on crack, i would have beat him across the 60ft. box.

the engine is a 160cc, which is more than enough power to get those semi knobbies nice and sticky, but I do have to scoot up pretty far to keep the second gear shift wheelie below 30 degrees or so. Some times you gotta feather the throttle, too.

Re: Lets see everyone's Z!

here's my 1977 z50a. i bought a few weeks ago. took it apart and powder coated a lot of parts and replaced some of the broken ones. i still need to fix the outside of the tank and the seat cover needs to be replaced. the side cover is on back order, but it will be replaced as soon as i get it.

before and after
